Yes! If you live far away from me and/or are an experienced gym goer who wants a plan but doesn't need or want to check in with a trainer all the time, this option is for you!
After I get to know you, your experience level and goals, I will make a workout plan just for you! Plans are made for 4 weeks at a time and include one email check-in from me halfway through. At the end of the month, we will review and you can continue if you'd like.
Do you offer nutrition guidance?
At this time, I do not offer nutrition guidance. If you need guidance in this area, I know a some amazing nutritionists and dieticians and am happy to refer to them.
Is there any committment for personal training or online workouts?
All my packages are month to month. Personal training clients pay for their package before the first session of that package. For online workouts, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of your 4th week. The next 4 weeks of workouts is sent once the invoice is paid.
Do I need to have experience to hire you as personal trainer?
Absolutely not. I enjoy teaching people how to use the gym and will show you safe and proper form. The sessions are for YOU. We will figure out together what works best for you.
Where do you train in person?
At Anytime Fitness on Republic Road in Springfield, Mo. Anytime Fitness is a fully equipped gym with secure entry, clean facilities and friendly members. A membership is required at Anytime to train with me. You can stop by the gym during staffed hours or call for more information on memberships.
What if I don't workout one of the weeks of my online plan?
Understandably, life happens. Jump right back in! Don't worry about missing a beat, get right back on track as soon as you can.
Plans are for 4 weeks only. As long you pay your invoice, you will be sent another 4 weeks and receive a two week check in email.
