The Best Dang Protein Pancakes

That I've ever made. So good (and so macro friendly) I had to share! These pancakes are tasty and filling. Perfect any day of the week.
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut (or almond) milk*
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop protein powder
Optional: bit of honey, dash of cinnamon
Blend all the ingredients. Pour whatever size pancake you want in a non-stick pan, griddle, or oil sprayed pan.
Allow one side to cook until it bubbles on top then flip.
Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
*Too much liquid and they will take a very long time to cook. This is about the amount that works best. I don't follow recipes much as I'm more of a throw it together type of cook. This is the most recipe style I get :)
